These one-on-one sessions provide a compassionate space to process what’s happening, ask questions, and make a plan—without pressure or long-term commitment.

Advocacy is short-term and more focused on practical support, while counseling is long-term, therapeutic care. Many people do both.

No. You choose what to share—even if it’s nothing at all. We’re here to listen, not to pressure.

Yes. While it’s not ongoing therapy, you can schedule multiple support appointments if needed.
