Preventing violence
before it begins.

Sollera’s prevention programs equip individuals and communities with the tools, education, and connections they need to build a safer, more respectful world—starting now.

Prevention Education

Education is one of our most powerful tools for change.

Sollera’s prevention team works directly with schools, businesses, jails, and community groups to teach age-appropriate, research-based content that empowers individuals to recognize and stop abuse—before it starts.

  • Classroom programs from grades K–12
  • Workplace and community trainings
  • Topics include consent, boundaries, respectful relationships, and more

Community Coordinated Response (CCR)

Prevention works best when we work together.

Sollera is an active partner in multiple Community Coordinated Response (CCR) teams—collaborative groups of professionals across law enforcement, healthcare, legal systems, and advocacy who work together to prevent violence and strengthen how our community responds when harm happens.

By participating in CCRs, we help ensure that victim-survivors experience less confusion, fewer gaps in care, and more consistent, trauma-informed support—no matter where they turn for help.

Our CCR partnerships include:

The Journey

What does prevention actually look like?

From a second-grade classroom to a correctional facility, Sollera’s prevention specialists show up ready to make complex topics accessible, empowering, and hopeful. For students, we help build a foundation of safety and respect. For adults and professionals, we foster understanding, empathy, and accountability.

Whether you’re a teacher, parent, business leader, or student, Sollera meets you where you are.

“We are the ones trying to get out in front of the problem before it even happens.”

FAQs

Is prevention education just for kids?

Not at all. We work with schools and adults—including employers, law enforcement, and nonprofits.

Yes. We regularly lead workshops for businesses, civic groups, and service providers.

All sessions are developmentally tailored. For example, second graders may color green/red flags and discuss what feels safe, while teens might explore boundaries in dating relationships.

Sollera offers presentations and resources at no cost to schools, nonprofits, and community partners—because everyone deserves access to trauma-informed education and support. In some cases, when we’re invited to speak at a paid event (like a conference or training where attendees pay to participate), we may charge a fee to offset our time and travel. If you’re unsure whether your event qualifies, just reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.

Ready to take the first step in creating a safer future?

We’re here to listen, not judge. Let’s take the first step together.
