Sollera’s Parenting Time Program provides supervised parenting time and exchange services in a neutral, child-focused setting.

Whether due to court orders, safety concerns, or family agreements, we help children maintain relationships with caregivers in a space built for safety, structure, and support.

What to Expect

Program Details

Cost: Sliding scale available; fees may apply depending on service type

Who it’s for: Families needing supervised parenting time or exchanges

Referral: Not required, but both parties must agree to participate

Requirement: Orientation/Intake Process completed by all parties involved.

Setting: Services are provided in a private space within the Sollera building, securely separated by a locked entrance to ensure comfort and confidentiality.

Services: Supervised visits (with staff in-room) and supervised exchanges (no contact between adults)

Do both parents have to agree to use Parenting Time Center?

Yes. Participation requires mutual agreement on service type and schedule.

Visits involve time spent with the child at our center. Exchanges are brief, structured hand-offs where children move between parents safely.

No. If a child expresses that they do not want to visit, they are never forced—their comfort and safety come first.
