Overview

Sollera’s NoViolence program provides structured group education for individuals who have used abusive behaviors in intimate relationships.

Participants explore the roots of power and control, learn non-violent relationship skills, and begin the work of rebuilding trust—within themselves and others.

What to Expect

Program Details

Cost: Program fees may apply; payment plans available

Who it’s for: Individuals referred by court, probation, parole, or self-referral

Tracks:

  • Power & Control-Focused Track—26 weeks
  • Reactive Abuse Track—16 weeks


Assessment:
Participants complete an intake and Domestic Violence Inventory before placement

FAQs

Is this anger management?

No. This program addresses patterns of control and relationship violence, not just emotional outbursts.

Yes. While many attend due to court involvement, self-referrals are welcome.

Completion may be recognized by courts, but we do not guarantee outcomes—our focus is personal growth and harm reduction.
