Sollera offers free, confidential individual counseling to victim-survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of interpersonal violence.
You’ll work with a licensed, trauma-informed counselor in a safe, non-judgmental space—with no pressure, no expectations, and no rush. Together, you’ll set a pace that feels right for you.
What to Expect
- Age-appropriate, trauma-informed therapy sessions
- Play-based, talk-based, or activity-based approaches, depending on age and need
- Collaborative care with caregivers, when appropriate
