Sollera offers free, confidential individual counseling to victim-survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of interpersonal violence.

You’ll work with a licensed, trauma-informed counselor in a safe, non-judgmental space—with no pressure, no expectations, and no rush. Together, you’ll set a pace that feels right for you.

Does my child have to talk about everything right away?

No. Therapists meet children where they are—building trust is the first priority.

Yes, for minors under 18. Our team will guide you through the simple consent process.
