Not necessarily—we offer training, and value lived experience, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
Are internships paid?
Most are unpaid placements depending on school programs and funding.
What if I’m a victim-survivor myself?
Many of our staff are victim-survivors or have lived experience. We support staff with compassion and boundaries—and we value your insight.
