One of the most common barriers survivors face when seeking help is fear—fear of not being believed, fear of judgment, fear of cost, or fear that reaching out will make things worse. Sollera exists to remove as many of those barriers as possible.
All Sollera’s services are free and confidential. Victim-survivors don’t need insurance, a police report, or proof of harm. They don’t need to be “ready” to take action. They just need to reach out—and even that can happen anonymously at first.
Confidentiality is not just a policy; it’s a promise. Victim-survivors deserve control over their information and their story. That trust allows people to seek help when they’re ready, not when circumstances force them to.
In a world where resources are often limited and systems can feel inaccessible, Sollera provides a steady, compassionate presence. Whether someone needs crisis support, counseling, prevention education, or safe parenting services, they are met with care—not conditions.
Sollera’s work is rooted in a simple belief: everyone deserves to live free from violence, and everyone deserves support when harm occurs. By offering free, confidential services, Sollera helps ensure that help is not a privilege—it’s a right.
For the Volunteering/Events Page:
I’m assuming that is pulling from events on the blog? Is this where event details before each event will live? Should we have a page for events? Thoughts?
Here are blogs about each event to plug in there 😊
